While the iPAQ has the speed, MameCE3, Mameboy is more fun on the EM500 and E125, even though the games are slower. It boils down to the gameplay and controls. The iPAQ not only has the issue with multiple button presses not being recognized but it also causes diagonals to not be acknowledged either. Also the joypad and button arrangement leaves alot to be desired when compared to the Casio line.
The latest emulators are getting better with the iPAQ shortcomings like PocketEngine and PocketFC which plays games in landscape mode with virtual buttons on screen. An overclocked iPAQ can play PC Engine games with sound with practically no slow down. Domenico did a great job with that emulator. Also, Techmaster will address on-screen buttons in a later release so there is still hope for iPAQ owners to benefit from this feature.
Just like Marco said before speed or gameplay, which is most important to you and which one are you willing to sacrifice.
EM-50? Wasn't that the RV with built-in gun turrents and rocket launchers?

What was the EM-50 project?? Please give some web links or something! >
