Is there anywhere I can go to give me directions on how to install and use mamece ? This is the first time I have tried a program like this and dn't know where to start . The FAQ link at the top just goes to a page on how to use this forum ... lol .

Yes, Open the readme.txt file that is located inside the zip file you downloaded, or read it at the Mamece3 Homsite at:
http:\\www.mameworld.com\mamece3\
