I noticed a number of rom doesn't work with mamece3 and mostly the old games with low grahics are supported. Is this a software or hardware limitation?

Is this a software or hardware limitation? > It's a little bit of both, but mostly Hardware. These little PocketPC CPUs need a little more speed to emulate later Arcade Games. It's amazing how many games ARE playable on these little things. :)
