Any chance of putting in a virtual keypad? As an Ipaq user I have the button problem.

It is on the To-Do List.

Until it gets incorporated, try using the MAME UI reconfigurator and setting combo moves for each button (ie set run forward and fire1 to button 4) This seems to be the best work around at the moment.
