The roms need to be zipped up into a single file (for each game). The names should be the same as those listed in Mame32 or Mame. One problem you might be having is that MameCE3 is based on MAME .36 Soruce Code. I know alot of changes took place from .33 to .36 both in the emulator and in the rom names (inside and out of the zip). You may need to download more recent rom files.

As for the Puckman naming, do you have a merged romset or a single romset? If merged, it may be picking up the first one it sees in the driver series.
