Did I install mame ce corectly?

Some games simply do that. There's nothing you can do about that.

Try some of the basic games to see if the installation is working correctly. Games such as Pacman, Tempest, and Donkey Kong.
If they work then the problem is the game that crashes. Not all games that are enabled, work correctly.
Hopefully I will be able to fix this in future releases.

Well, i get a fatal app error just trying to run Mameboy. Any suggestions?

You probably have a 32MB Casio? In that case just make sure you have around 15MB of free program memory before starting MAMEBoy.
