Enabled means that the Game has been turned on in the source code. This means the game MAY be playable. Try it, if it works then great, if it doesn't then, The game is not playable due to system constraints of the PocketPC platform.
Also, some games will be made playable when I fix other aspects of the emulator, such as the screen centering I just fixed. This should make some games playable that were not playable before.
Eventually I will clean out the games that are not playable, but this will take some time.
