Every time i try to install i get this..
"application Manager Cannot Install this application on your mobile device due to an invalid setup file. Reinstall and try again"
What is wrong?

Hmm, could be the Windows XP. I have heard of this happening with Windows ME I think.
Here is the way to finish the install for the moment:

Finish the installation manually as follows:
1. After it fails, look for the file mamece3.ARM_PSPC3.CAB
2. copy it to the \temp folder on your device using activesync.
3. Use file explorer on the device to browse to the temp folder.
4. click on the cab file in the temp folder and it will complete the installation from that point on.

I'm seeing the exact same error trying to install MegaCE3v9.1 on my Cassiopeia E-125 from a Windows 2000 (SP1) system.

I have confirmed that Windows 2000 is one of the problems.
Strangely the freeware app that I use to create the Executable only runs on Windows 2000 or NT. But the exe created fails with the error you mentioned (runs ok on Win 9x).
If there is anyway to try and run the install from a Windows 9x machine I would like to know the results.
If not, try using the CAB file created by the failed install or download the zipped CAB from the site.
