Galaga used 3 processors and even the powerhorse iPaq seems to drag when playing it. The credit problem I think is related to a timing issue and I have only been able to bypass it by setting the dipswitches to free play. To make this change for the Jornado you would have to do this on your Desktop and then copy the galaga.cfg file to the Jornado (\Program Files\mamece\cfg\ folder). After that you should be able to start the game and have some free credits already to go.
