Sounds like you did a manual installation from an older version. Also, did you put the files in the folders on your Pocket PC? Almost sounds like you put the files on your desktop.

Download a fresh copy of the autoinstaller build. Then run that from your desktop. It will transfer all the files into the proper locations on your device.
