Is there any way to have MAMEboy and MAMECE3 share the Roms folder on a storage card?

Yes, if you put MAMECE3 exe in the MAMEBoy folder. Sounds a bit egocentric, I know, but the real reason is that MAMECE3 can fetch ROMs from any directory and MAMEBoy is fixed to only a few. However, not all roms for mameboy roms will work on mamece3 and vice versa... I think it's best to keep them separated and use each only with games they support better than the other.
