It's running a new Casio designed OS. People should keep in mind the BE-300 is *not* a Pocket PC and is not meant for the Pocket PC market. It's the high-end of the Casio organizer line of products, and is meant to offer something for the low-end consumers looking for something simple and inexpensive. Personally, I don't want one - and I only paid $300 for my EM-500. The next real batch of Casio Pocket PC's will likely be Merlin class devices early next year.
