Is the MameCE3.exe in the \Storage Card\MameCE\ Folder ?
If so, it should show up in the list. Try moving the rom file to your main memory in \My Documents\ folder and see if it shows up in the list. Also make sure you haven't changed the zip file name, the Mame Engine looks for a specific spelling.
