I tried to download both the MAMEboyX and the MAMEboy1.3 for my Casiopeia E-125 and I couldn't get eith of them to work. They both caused an application internal run error and shut down (didn't even start) What am I doing wrong? I am running Windows CE Version 3.0.9348. I put the entire E-125 folder into the program folder on the PDA and it didn't work.

To make sure that your device is in perfect order, backup everything, do a hard reset, install only mameboy and then try it. If it still doesn't work, just restore backup. It appears that some software leaves garbage in the system and it causes mameboy to stop working. I've never personally experienced this, but some people reportedly got it to work after a hard-reset.

Sometimes I'm just too sleepy :)
It's a known problem and usually happens on Casios with 32 MB of RAM.
On 32 MB devices, make sure to have more than 15 MB of free program memory before starting MAMEBoy. It's a bug of an unknown nature.

Thanks!

You need game roms. Download some from www.mame.dk and put into your mameboy roms folder. Try downloading dkong.zip first and see if it works. Then proceed with other games :) Some may not work because you will have to find older rom sets. Make sure to put zipped rom file into the roms folder. Keep it just the way you downloaded it, do not unzip it.
'Show all games' list is just that - list of all *supported* games. To play any of them, you have to download rom first.

Thanks! Trying to do this is like a video game itself, finding the right way to install, setup and play. I've got a couple of the roms to work, but no sound (not a big deal). I can't seem to quit out of MameBoy tho with out soft reset of the PDA. Then I have to re-adjust memory if I want to play again. These aren't that big a deal, but I was wondering if something just isn't set correctly.

Really appreciate your help.
