I believe most downloads (builds) of MAMECE3 only run on the newer versions of the OS, namely WinCE 3.0. I dunno which CPU your machine has; if it has a MIPS CPU, you might be able to run Mameboy or one of the builds intended for the Casio, except that the keys may be different. If all else fails, you can download the source code and recompile. :-) Not most people's idea of a good time, I know...
