Put them in \Storage Card\Program Files\Mamece\roms\
(it mirrors the installation folder)
next version will have
\Storage Card\My Documents\ enabled
and A near future release will give you the option to specifiy your rom folders.
I was thinking about storing this info in the registry but I am a little nervous about messing with the registry. Any one have any concerns or issues related to storing these things in registry? I bleieve that is what MS had in store when they designed it.
