It should stop during the installation and ask if you want to install it to the 'Default Location'. At that point you tell it 'no' and then you are giving the option to select Main Memory, drop the window down and select Storage Card.
If this fails, just manually copy the files to the storage card and relink the shortcut in program files. Just be sure to move it back to main memory before uninstalling it.
