Just copy the gif files to you device windows directory. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file just click okey. (If you want to just copy the existing file to another directory first before overwriting it) Then you'll see the new today screen the next time you reset your device. You can get the zip files here.

make sure you unzip the files first before you copy it to your device.
