Hydra uses MC68000 / 14 MHz processor so there's no chance it would work fast enough on today's pocket PCs. Pacmania has 4 processors working in parallel. Also, I think both Hydra and Pacmania use fairly complex video hardware. Bottomline - you shouldn't expect much fun with these two games on a Pocket PC for now.
