The code was in the original sources. I just added some switchs so that you could enable it. I think this was inserted by the MAME Team to support certain games that were rotated by default or were tabletop versions. The fact that we can use it to make the viewing area on a PocketPC better is an added bonus. Some games just have really wierd screen code and they may never be able to run in landscape. You just have to try it and hope. :)
