First, the game should show up in the list. If it doesn't try moving it to one of the other defined locations:
\My Documents
\My Documents\Roms\
\Program Files\mameCE\roms\
\Storage Card\mamece\Roms\
The fact that it went to the license screen indicates it saw the Roms, however. Keep in mind that some games just don't seem to run or don't run well, This may be the case with this game. Try a few other smaller games like frogger or pacman to ensure that the program does indeed work correctly.
