Welcome to the HP side of the fence (at least temporarily until the new iPAQ comes out. It looks like Compaq did fix the button problem after all). Of course the HP568 has no button problems either.

Even better news it also means a new official Mamece3 build with HP568 support (I hope MegaMamece3 is included). Here is a sample of my cgapi.cpp changes:

#define VK_IPAQ_ACTION 0xD2
#define VK_IPAQ_REC 0xC9
#define VK_IPAQ_B1 0xD3
#define VK_IPAQ_B2 0xD4
#define VK_IPAQ_B3 0xC1
#define VK_IPAQ_B4 0xD1

#ifdef ARM
switch (key)
case VK_F20: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B3; break;
case VK_F21: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B4; break;
case VK_F22: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B4/*ACTION*/; break;
case VK_ESCAPE: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B1; break;
case VK_TAB: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B2; break;
case VK_LCONTROL: newkey = VK_IPAQ_ACTION/*B3*/; break;
case VK_RETURN: newkey = VK_IPAQ_ACTION/*B2*/; break;
case VK_MENU: newkey = VK_IPAQ_B4; break;
case VK_SPACE: newkey = VK_IPAQ_REC /*B2*/; break;
Of course I did a poor job of documenting (sorry) what I changed but I am not a programmer so I am sure you will do a better job of the mapping. This does support the config menu which was important for some games. Again I had no luck in getting the recorder and home key to work. If you figure it out please post your fix in this forum. I am curious why it works with some programs and not in others.
