Here is an excert of the Email I received:

"Congratulations for winning the first annual Pocket PC
magazine, Best Products Awards, for "MAME-CE3" in
category "Game Emulators". We announced awards in a
great ceremony at the Pocket PC Summit, Oct 10-12.
Furthermore, the upcoming January issue of Pocket PC
magazine (Microsoft will hand out 10K in its Comdex booth)
will contain an in depth discussion of the finalist
products in each category with judges' comments. "

I am still amazed that this little program is so popular :)
