No emulator , MameCE3 included, comes with ROMS. You need to aquire them yourself. Read the in game FAQ for that answer and the next one your about to ask, "whats the difference between the 2 versions".

To install to storage card you have to answer no when it asks " installed to defualt location?"
Then change Main to Storage in the drop down box.
