When I try to install MameCE3 in my hp 567 setup fails because the gx.dll can't be copied or is in use in ROM. Any help? Thanks!

Download the newest release (from last night :) and then tell it to NO when it asks you to overwrite the existing one.
The installation should continue.
FYI,a soft reboot before installing would also have solved this.
