I would think IPaqs, coz they have the joystick like thingy (like the Cassiopeias), but their processor is faster and I believe I heard somewhere that the compiler was more optimised too...
Downside: they cost an arm and a leg, and they need a bloody adapter to plug in CompactFlash. Coz of that, I bought a Cassiopeia E-125 :)
