I don't know about other emulators, but mamece3 shows the start bar. I never really though about it, but why does that matter?

I have an HP Jornada 568 and mamece3 (in fact, MEGAmamece3) runs great on it. I got this model partly because I read a review in PC Gamer that said it was the best for gaming, the main reason being that it supported multiple simultaneous key-presses (that is, you can use the d-pad while firing, etc.) I don't think any of the other models do that, except maybe the newest Compaqs. The Jornanda is pricey, though.
