I have loaded Megamamece3 9.3 (thoroughly recommend it....thanks Techmaster!) onto my IPAQ 3850.

But I cannot get any of the NEOGEO titles to run, I have installed the NEOGEO Bios ROM.

HELP PLEASE.....

OH AND YES HAPP CHRISTMAS

Neogeo games don't work. Even if they did, they for sure won't be fast enought to be even remotely playable.
