What's the best MAME/CE for the Casio E-125?

Is the latest version of MAMECE better than Mameboy?

Don't know, I use MameBoy, and I'm very happy with it. I'll try the latest MAMECE3 when I have a minute. Did anybody try it out on E-125? Is it any good and smooth?

What are they waiting for to create disposable monitors?

I am thinking of getting an E-125 used because of the price. Do you have all the older ROMs for MAMEboy?

Well in terms of speed, I'd have to say Mameboy wins.
My E125 is OC'd to 200mhz and Galaga is quite playable at 15-20fps on mameboy, where I'm lucky to break 8fps with MameCE. And this is using the romset thats been hacked for speed, with sound disabled.
Ms PacMan gets 45-60fps under Mameboy, and about 20fps under MameCE. But Zaxxon gets about the same 17-18fps in both emulators, but the speed is more consistent in MameCE. MameCE also supports a lot of games that Mameboy does not. I keep them both loaded, and use whichever one runs the game I want to play the best.

They use different roms on some games though. Mameboy uses .35 roms, mamece uses .36. Some work in both, some don't.
