I have a J568 and it doesn't have any problems(last time I tried it which was a whie ago. The only 3 buttons that work are B2 B3 and B4 and the action button which isn't mapped to anything at this time.
I'm not sure why you are having problems.
have you downloaded the newest release?
I'll recheck the code this weekend and see if anything looks funny.
