Sound only works ok in some games and does indeed slow the emulation down. This is a standard problem with emulation.
Games like Frogger and crazy kong seem ok with sound, but its all subjective to what you find 'Playable' ;)
Screen centering code is tha last thing I wokred on in the the last release. I'm trying to get as many game as possible, centered.
