I am having trouble getting Mame to get past the OK screens for the ROMS. I get the OK screen but after I press left then right, it never goes away? Anything I am missing here?
Also, will the OK screen come up even if the roms are missing?

Left then right should work. No, the OK screen only comes up if it finds the Roms for the game.
