I have a problem with ROMS larger than 1,eg. For some reason they load up just fine and I get to the "ok" screen. Once I press ok before the game starts I get an error message and MAME closes. I believe it is a "fatal Error". Other roms work fine. This has happened to me with games like, Batman, Ninja Gaiden (arcade), Gal Panic and other 1meg+ games. Why is this happening?

I would like to make a correction. Apparently the problem is with ROMs larger than around 500K For example Games like Street Fighter 1 (a little more than 1meg) and Rastan (a little more than 500k) get the same Error message when loading the rom. Does anybody have any info on this?

I don't have any answers to your questions but I can tell you that I have a Casio E-125 with MAME CE3 and I'm playing Rastan and Street Fighter 1 withoud any problem.
