As for guantlet, I suspect it is beyond the current version of mamece. Things may change soon, but the current version I suspect has drawing bug somewhere with cetain games.
as for compiling the apps.
First: download and install the MS dev kit.
Second: Download the soure ofr MAMECE3.
Third: unload the source code to your hard drive .
Open the Embedded visual app.
open the project called "your drive\installfolder"\mamece3\mamece3.vcw\
Fourth: compile all the projects except the mamece3 one , first. Then compile the mamece3 project.
