when i try to start Rampage, both REV2 and REV3 all i get is a "forbidden by law bla bla, NOT LEGALLY ENTITLED" bla bla" and then nothing. Please help me enjoy Arcade classics on my iPAQ 3870

and then i read the FAQ and problem solved.

boy do i feel st00pid
