Yes maybe the Roms are compatable. If they are version .36 final then they will most likely work. if they are newer they may not work until the next release.
Its kind of trial and error.

To transfer them:
Put them in your Documents Sync Folder on your desktop and then sync your device.
Or sync your device, open explore from the sync window menu, then explore to \program Files\MameCE3\Roms (if you installed to the default location).
