Unfortunatley that's a manual for 'GapiDraw', not GAPI itself. GapiDraw is a wrapper for GAPI, apparently made by someone in Sweden. Very nice, but hardly the official word on things. Microsoft's Pocket PC site has some examples.

Yes, as I said: even though it appears in other articles it's not in MSDN itself, which is strange. In fact none of the SH* function appear in MSDN, very very strange.
