Yes, unfortunately you cannot use the direction pad and buttons together . And the auto-repeat makes arkanoid a little jerky . The best way to avoid all that would be to
use the stylus

I compiled a version of MameCe3 and MegaMameCe3 for
toshiba with a correct mapping for the fire button
