The iPaqs don't support multiple button-press detection (I can't jump and walk at the same time) that make most games unplayable. Is there a solution for this?

There is (sort of) You have to map the most important game function to 'action button' that is - when you push the joypad in. That button can be used together with others, so you will be able to run and jump in the same time, for example.
