You can't get to it in the current release (iturned it off at one point becuase I kept hitting it by accident).
If you install MAME32 on your desktop set the keys as you want them, then copy the default.cfg from the cfg folder on your desktop to the cfg folder on your PocketPC, you will then have access to the same key configs as the desktop.
I will probably turn it back on in the next release but can't say when that will be (maybe soon).
