1. MegaMameCE3 is the MameCE3ALL version.
They use many of the same source files because they are virtually the same program. The only difference is the game drivers that are enabled (which add size to the EXE file).
2. See 1.
3. Not real easy way besides disabling all the drivers and reenable the ones you want. Then try to resolve all errors by tracing them to the drivers that need to be reincluded.
4. See 3. ;) Also check out the MAME.net site and look for tips on compiling the original source. This may help to understand the MameCE3 code (as most of it is the same).
