In case anyone is interested. ;)
A new maintenance release may be on its way before or by Christmas. :)

No details yet on what will be in it. However here is one hint, "it should solve the 'key not working' problem so many seem to have."

Very interested and glad to hear the button issue will be resolved. Will we be able to use the updated ROM's? I have since updated most of my ROM's to match MAME version 0.55 and higher. I don't think I have the ROM's for version 0.36b anymore.
