1. I don't follow the MAME community too closely in terms of upgrades. Lots of talk about this -- what's the difference between ROM sets for MAME .36, and those for current versions of MAME? Is there a way to "convert" existing ROM libraries, or how does one deal with this? Are all games affected?

2. I don't have a PPC device yet, but it's coming. What does one need to know about key mapping, and what are the key issues people seem to be talking a lot about? Does that happen sort of randomly, or are only certain devices affected?
