Hi, I am new to this Forum and a new PocketPC user, I have just got an ASUS A716 last week and just installed MAMECECE3 v9.5, I found that although I have configure the keys in MAMECE, it seems doesn't work in the games loaded.

Besides, as I have only got some old roms from MAME v0.61, would the roms work in MAMECE3? Is there a size limitation on the roms run in MAMECE3?

Well if the keys dont seem to be working properly then i would delete and re-install MegamameCE or delete all the CFG's in the directory as they seem to define your keys

I have it working fine on an Asus 620 but i have to everytime click on 'define keys' then Save as for some reason it keeps forgetting the setup i have for the keys

The only rom versions which work are 0.36, these are some of the older ones but you should find a fair few over the net.

I've got some games to work which are 800KB , the ones over a meg dont seem to work and it crashes out of MegaMame

Managed to get so far over 120 games working and some of the old classics, eg Bombjack, Commando, Green Beret so i'm a huge fan of MegamameCE

I have the 716 and MameCE runs fine except for one problem... I do not have enough keys! I am forced to leave some keys unmapped, which is very unfun. Is there any way to 'chord' keys?
