I have trouble loading a particular romset: Fatfury1.zip. I have it in the Megamamece/roms folder. I converted the romset to 0.36 romset using clrmamepro. I have 1942 and it runs great. Do I have the roms in the wrong place or can someone shed some light on the situation. Please I really need your help.

That is a NEO-GEO game. All Neo-Geo games are over 1MB in size. MameCE/MegaMameCE (any version) will not run any rom that is over 1MB in size. This is a known issue...

Well thanks for that info, but then why are games for example :King of Fighters listed if they are well over 5MBs?
Does the list mean that the games will be supported in the future.

This is because all games are listed that were part of the Mame 0.36 final ROM-SET.

We all hope so. Playing Neo-Geo games on my Dell Axim X50v would be NIRVANA!
