I was wondering if there is a possibilty to run a version of Mame on my Samsung SGH E730 mobile phone ?

that's not cool.

You can forget it, no offence intended but this phone is a toy with no muscle in it and MAME needs a lot of muscle to run correctly. If you want to use MAME with a phone you need to upgrade yours to one that has at least 1go RAM, a dual core >1ghz and a beefy GPU.
