I don't know if you still visit these pages. Since development stopped over 5 years ago, it has been quite some time since anyone has posted on to this forum. I still have this webpage linked onto my bookmarks and check in every once in a while. I remember posting when I didn't have a PDA.
As you may already be aware, Vilmos has ported MAME CE to the Palm OS. PalmMAME emulates the classic games with sound pretty well (http://www.pocketdimension.com/PalmMAME.html). The source code is available and I don't know how much effort it would take to port back the progress he made on the Palm OS to a Windows Mobile device. I wish that I knew how to do this myself because I really enjoy the old classic games. While I have PocketCultMAME on my 8125, the user interface needs a little work and it is a little slow on my phone. (Granted, PalmMAME ported back to PPC may still be slow on my 8125.) Like MAME CE, it seems that PocketCultMAME may also have stopped in development. If you still visit this forum and if you still have a passion for your creation, would you still be interested in porting the program back over from PalmMAME?
Of course, after 5 years, your life maybe entirely different now and your priorities may be very different. If you are reading this and you have no plans to return, thanks for laying the groundwork for PalmMAME and for probably inspiring others to program emulators for other gaming systems. Best to you.
