What are you using to make the program?

Just curious, since I would take it you researched this already. What is needed to make a MAME CD for DC? Could you simply grab the MP3 cd and replace the executable?

Email me what I need to do first thing is a have a keyboard for dreamcast if that is necessary and tv on pc to take screen shots for beta testing views and about those roms good one :D.
