Yes it is possible.
Create the same directories on the storage card that you created in memory.
ie
If you created
\Mamece\mamece3.exe
\Mamece\roms\
You can then create:
\Storage Card\Mamece\roms\
Any games stored in either Roms Folder should show up(if they are supported).
