All messages from before mid-december are gone?

Yes, at one moment they were gone (and, well, they are still gone). I have no idea why it happened...

Darren,
It looks like the messageboard had articles set to expire after 15 days. I have modified it to 90 days. I didn't know I could set a value for it :) I also don't want to keep messages that are too old(space consideration and all). I think 90 days will be a good value.

Cheers,

It's a tough call. IMHO, a good messageboard archive is very valuable (I'd kill for an archive of the posts from the original MAMECE board...). However the problem comes in that 80% of posts are crap (for instance, this one :)
If there were only a way to save the 20% permenantly...

I was just referring someone the other day to 'check the message board archive for the mamece3 message board' because I had remembered someone (999?) having created a bunch of .cfg files for the iPaq and posting a link to them. I thought this would be useful to the person I was talking to, so I directed them here. However, of course, they were unable to find it because it was gone :/

If its a good thread I think I may be able to mark it as do not delete. I'll have to check out the options again.
